Cycle highway
In 2019, the first high-speed cycle path in Baden-Württemberg opened, covering an eight-kilometre stretch between Böblingen/Sindelfingen and Stuttgart. This route offers not only commuters, but also all cyclists a fast and pleasant way to travel without stress. The section of the cycle highway begins south of Stuttgart behind a pedestrian and cycle bridge over the A8 freeway in Stuttgart-Rohr and runs along the newly extended and asphalted Römerstraße or Musberger Sträßle to Böblingen and Sindelfingen.
